Lesson from Nature – Goodness
“Deep, unspeakable suffering may well be called a baptism, a regeneration, the initiation into a new state.” – Ira Gershwin
Yesterday my daughter and I had a bet that it wasn’t going to be sunny after the heavy stormy rain. I won – the sun didn’t show up.
The atmosphere, however, did become bright again and everywhere was cool, calm and smelled fresh.
Did I tell you my daughter was scared during the stormy rain? Yes, she was.
So I shared with her the lesson therein, that whenever things start to fall apart, sometimes in a seemingly destructive manner, you let it be, you give it space.
My friend, are you struggling with your health, going through the pain of loss, the shock of disappointment, trauma of failing business, or the hopelessness of living?
Calm down. Whatever storm is raging in your life right now is to clear out space for new life to grow. It’s meant to wash out the old and make space for the new.
