Health is Wealth
“It is not the man who has too little, but the man who craves more, that is poor.” – Seneca
Everyone seeks wealth, some by all means and at all cost. To many, wealth consists only in having tons of money.
But, as Horace the poet puts it, “If it is well with your belly, chest and feet, the wealth of kings can give you nothing more.”
There can be no real wealth without health – it is the most indispensable part of what constitutes wealth.
Do you consider yourself not wealthy simply because you do not have plenty of money? Have a rethink, my friend. If you’re in good health, you’re already in wealth.
Know why? Because the first wealth is health!
