“There’s nowhere you can be that isn’t where you’re meant to be…” – John Lennon
Yesterday I witnessed a casket merchant proclaim his gratitude to Almighty God for the sale of the day. He could put food on his family table – at least for that day.
Departing his shop was a distraught man whose young wife just passed on. He was, indeed a sad sight to behold as he carted away her unwanted coffin.
Imagine a single incident resulting in so much joy for one family and sadness for another, one thanking God for providing, the other asking God why?
Isn’t it, therefore, safe to say something is ‘bad’ only because you do not have a full picture of God’s Purpose? Can we not, therefore, conclude that everything is good?
Does Creation not issue forth from a perfect, All-knowing, All-seeing God? Could ‘bad’ overpower and penetrate the works of such an Almighty Positive Force?
My friend, whatever you’re going through right now is not bad – it’s just that you’re too minute to see God’s Big Picture.
Think about it… then cheer up…
It’s Still A Beautiful World!
