“Life is an echo; what you send out comes back.” – Chinese proverb
Is this true? Is life an echo of the messages we send out to those around us?
There are two cashiers in a local bank I visit often. I’m always amused and entertained to watch both at work.
While one is friendly, approachable, and smiles at customers, the other regularly wears a serious, grumpy, unfriendly expression.
I’ve come to observe, over time, that customers tend towards the cashier with a friendly and personable disposition.
My friend, if you grumble and complain in your daily thinking and interactions, then they’re the toxins tainting the poison darts coming back to you.
Catch yourself and monitor the quality of the messages you’re sending out. How would you like to be showered with laughter and happiness? Send it out in truckloads today.
The Golden Rule is apt here – the mirror reflects what you put before it.
Have an Excellent Day!
